I recently ordered a floral arrangement from Le Bouquet de Knowlton - and I was thrilled with the final product! Not only did it turn out to be a beautiful high quality arrangement, but it was also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this florist!

I went to the website associated with the Le Boquet de Knowlton where you can order arrangements. I selected an arrangement and was told by the florist that they could not prepare an arrangement for the price indicated on the site. I told them I would like the identical arrangement and paid a supplemental amount to have an identical arrangement delivered to my mother for Mother’s Day. The arrangement delivered looked like it was arranged by a part-time student. It looked nothing like the picture and was simply a bunch of stems all tied together and placed in a vase all at the same height in place of the nice round arrangement in the picture. This is the second time I have been disappointed with this florist. The first time when I ordered from the site they did not include the number of roses indicated in the photo short changing the arrangement by eight roses. I will definitely not be using this florist again. If I had not gone to visit my mother I would not have seen the embarrassing arrangement that they provided. Buyer beware!!!!

Got a great bouquet for mother's day delivered last minute. Good selection and very nice inside.

J’ai eu l’impression d’avoir jeté mon argent par les fenêtres. J’ai fait livrer un bouquet de tulipes. (50$ + taxes)Moins de 12h plus tard, elles étaient toutes fanées ! L’arrangement était vraiment laid ! C’était vraiment gênant! En plus, la fleuriste connaissait la personne à qui j’offrais le bouquet ! Je me serais attendu à plus d’attention de sa part. Plus jamais cette boutique !

I was disappointed with the arrangement of flowers I ordered for my father's funeral. I ordered a premium bouquet and it contained less flowers than the less expensive option. The florist did try to fix it by sending a second small arrangement Now I have two small bouquets instead of one large one. It would have been nice if they could have merged the two together.I will say the other arrangement of orchids was beautiful and true to the photo on the website.
