Excellent experience. I have struggled with finding a vet that I trust, and so far, these people are amazing.The prices are fair. No one tried to get us to do every test under the sun, and the doctor was kind, patient, and relatable. The front desk ladies are fantastic, with a special shout out to Jordan! She is so nice and fantastic at her job! She really made a positive impression on me by being so kind and helpful.They need more chairs in the waiting room though!! ;)

My family and I have been going to the Willow Park Clinic for decades and they have always been dependable, kind and have made some of our toughest experiences just a little bit easier. Can't recommend them enough! Thanks for everything.

Fantastic vet clinic. It was very clean and not too packed in the waiting room. Everyone from the front desk to the vet tech to the vet was so nice! I hadn't taken my cats to the vet in quite some time and I felt super comfortable here. My one cat, who normally hisses at every vet she meets, didn't make a peep her entire appointment! I will call that a win. Highly reccomend and will absolutely be going back when needed.

My 3 yr old Havanese and I had our first appointment with Dr Olivia Shmidz at Willow Park Animal Clinic just last week..We were greeted by a smiling receptionist, waited only a few minutes and had a great meet up with the Doctor.She was very thorough. Daisy has allergies and due to that, Dr. Olivia Shmidz made many inquiries about her food , treats etc.I felt very comfortable with this Dr and besides being very lovely and obviously a true animal lover, I never felt that I was rushed or that another appointment was waiting. I was even asked at the end if there was anything else I had questions about.We had a laugh with the receptionist while paying the bill and off we went.I would highly recommend this Doctor and this clinic to any of my friends. Dr Olivia Shmidz was recommended to me and I am so thankful for that referal.

The staff is SO welcoming and accommodating. They know both my animals and are so happy to engage them while we wait. I have two dogs and they never have any issues with me bringing both and have helped me with not only health issues, but have given me useful suggestions on long-term care, behavioural care, and preventative care without ever pushing me into spending money I don't have or suggesting treatments that are unnecessary. I can't say enough great things about this clinic!

All the staff members are friendly, professional and helpful. Dr. Olivia is the best; she takes her time to explain everything and makes you feel like you're her only client/patient that day.She is simply one of those special human beings who exudes love for animals and caring for their owners, and she accepts them for who they are, quirks and all. It is also really nice to hear laughter behind closed doors. It means there is a happy staff, and that's what stressed pets need.
