I met Angeline at a open house and found her to be friendly, open and easy to communicate with. She streamlined the buying process which really helped minimize the stress of buying my first home. It ended up being a really fast and short process as the market is hot right now, but she took it in stride and helped me navigate it aptly. You won't go wrong with Angeline in your corner!

Angeline Urysty helped us buy our first home in Prince George BC in September 2020. She was amazing from beginning to end of the process of finding our first home. I remembered the first time we met, I felt so comfortable not knowing anything about buying a place. She constantly worked on finding us places to view that met our requirements. We only viewed five houses before we found our dream home, and she was honest in each viewing regarding what she thought. She wasn't crazy about selling us just ANY place, but when we found the right one she worked crazy hard in making sure we got it! What's exceptional was that she wrote a beautiful letter about us and why we liked the house which I am going to look at on my down days. She was amazing to spend time with during viewing, and I definitely recommend her for anyone wanting a home to call their own.

Angeline was referred to us by a family friend who she helped buy her first house a year before. Being first time buyers she not only made the whole process much easier but had some great suggestions along the way too. One of her best attributes I personally liked was the way she does business, she likes to be very upfront and open throughout her communication with clients. This not only helps her come up with the best suggestions knowing the client's constraint and requirements but also helps the client to keep their peace of mind knowing she's working in their best interest. I would recommend her to others!

Angeline helped me to find my first home in PG. She was elaborate in every aspect. However, she touched on and tried to guide through ALL steps which I found not necessary and sometimes leading to confusions. That might be helpful for someone who doesn’t know anything or not coming with solid planning. But in my case, it was not. But she provided many useful information and pros-cons situations, which was helpful. I have mixed feelings about my experience, it won’t be appropriate to go in details.However, at the end of the day, she was involved in the process of buying my first house, so I am thankful for that. We all learn every day, and I believe this experience had been a learning curve for both of us, as long as both parties try to improve themselves. I wish her good luck for future.
