this is the worst western union branch how on earth every single day sending money is not always working. What is the point of this branch? So useless WU need to do something about this or just close the branch for the better

They provide the stupid customer service ever I seen in my life. Every time go there, employees are busy with their work. customers wait long time. the indian manager speak hindi/urdu always which is not expected. if I would have an option for no star or negetive star, I will do that

This was worst experience which i got from the lady (she was look like south asian pakistani but not sure) Not professionalism and how to serve customer. Not even polite tone. even look at you without no smile or greetings.i didnt find canadian customer service culture over there. the other lady was ok . I dont know why owner is not taking any action to improve customer service ( I guess she is the one who owned this franchisee of money mart other wise how come some one is ruined his or her own business ). never recommed or if you go there, try to go with other lady who was nice.
