had my TV sent there under Costco warranty they picked it up and had me up in 2 days great job well done satisfied.

Took in my 11 year old universal Blu-ray player which had been hit by a power surge before Christmas and was basically dead in the water. The wait time was 4 weeks because of the back log of gear in for repairs. Got my player back today and it is working perfectly. The repair fee was minimal compared to the price it would have cost me to replace the unit. I'm very pleased with the service here and would recommend them to anyone. I know if I have any future issues with my audio/video gear I will bring it in to Hamblen's for repair. There's a very good reason they have been in business for over 30 years. They know their stuff!!!

I brought my laptop into a nearby PC repair store. They were in no way able to help me with what i thought was a simple issue. Walking out of the store i noticed Hamblen's Audio/Video nearby and thought i was worth a shot. Not only did they manage to fix the problem (broken female end of power supply) but it was done at a fair price and promptly. 100% satisfied with this service."

They have been helping me with a busted T.V., even though they are having a really hard time finding the required part, they are still trying and have not giving in to frustration.Their service is knowledgeable, polite, and so far seems quality.

I inherited my dad's hifi and it needed some work. There was contact corrosion, come caps were spewing their guts and the main board needed some love.These fellows did a fine job.This is the shop my dad used and they're just as good now as they were back in his day. Awesome service.

Great guys, who’ve been in the industry for decades. These fellas were likely repairing your (now) vintage receivers back when they were still being sold new on a showroom floor.While they may be a little rough around the edges and the store might look like a mess — these guys know their stuff and their prices are honest. A+

dropped off something to have looked at first shopping day after xmas, they had the diagnostic ready 1st opening day in the new year.

About 5 weeks ago, our over-the-range Electrolux microwave stopped heating up food all of a sudden. Upon recommendations from neighbours, I brought it in to Les to see if he could repair it… because we really shouldn’t be so wasteful! There were some delays in the part arriving but we were able to pick it up today! Just tested it out and it’s like brand new again.Then about four weeks ago, our waffle maker crapped out and starting tripping the outlet. I brought that in today too, and I hope he can work his magic :)We should all try and be more sensible about our purchases… our planet isn’t a dump.Thanks to businesses like yours, we can try to prolong the life of products that aren’t ready to end their life yet!
