Terrible customer service, rude lady at cash. Needs retraining or sell the business to someone who cares!

I personally never had any issues here, we usually don't go since they are expensive unless we run into an emergency outage of a product and the grocery store is closed. The owner has always been friendly to us.

Great service from the CSR, polite and helpful. Clean and tidy store with all day to day convenience.I strongly recommend them.

I frequently visit this store for my regular milk even though no frill is there as many times i found no frill is out of milk and surprisingly found the management has changed to this store. No more short rude korean Guy. Got very warm welcome all the time through a lady and a guy. Lots of curtosy. Found cleanliness and wonder now they have vape products as well for sell. Seems like management is under young hands and they understand our needs too.

I received friendly service at this small business owner convenience store located at this Sliver Creek Plaza.Just purchasing a lotto ticket while waiting for my takeout dim sum order next door.There’s a good selection of items.

Generally they have been pretty nice to me and I have been going to that convenience store for almost a decade. But in that time there have been experiences that make me consider if I should go there for any product. Since there is a Nofrills right beside it, and it sells products for cheaper. The problems that I have experienced at the store have been the prices and that they overcharge for any small product that you purchase, second, make sure you don’t look suspicious because any move you make can potentially get you accused of stealing and getting kicked out. This has personally happened to me twice and the second time the cops almost were called. Third and final the Asian people there call be really mean to you and not care if they are being mean to you. So I’m conclusion of your ever going to go to this convenience store make sure you don’t look suspicious, be rich as hell to afford their prices, and if there mean to you jus don’t take it to heart and know that there always like this.

Loved the store. Nice people at the counter no matter what time you go. They stock everything. This morning there were flower bouquet for Mothers day celebration!! Goes to show how much they care for customer service.

The owner of this convenience is the most rude: he is calling customers names and being unaccountable for his behaviour. No one should support this business.

Excellent service and they carry variety of items as well.

The short , little Korean guy must lead a miserable existence, OLG should remove his license to sell.
