We initially thought about not using an agent for buying our first home -and using DuProprio. We thought it would be easy just to do everything ourselves.After meeting with Daphne, we quickly changed our minds -- she is an incredible, patient agent that puts her clients first. She worked around our (more like my... ) crazy criteria (walking distance to the train, very specific location, type of house, etc.) and gave us honest, high-value advice/information on homes we are looking to purchase. She is super knowledgeable about the different areas within Montreal. In all, my husband and I highly recommend her. She's one of a kind. Goes above and beyond.

Have tried for three days to get in contact with any of their agents who could assist me in finding a place to live. No response from the company whatsoever. Finding a home is a stressful experience and having a company refuse to offer their service makes it even more frustrating.

Ape Perez call us out of the blue; fast-talking, fast-selling attitude. ASSURED us that they were calling on the behalf of a client, that they had clients interested. We mentioned MULTIPLE times that we weren't looking for the services of a Real Estate agent to help us sell (We're managing it independently through DuProprio) They assured us that that isn't the business they were in...When the showed up, it's unfortunately exactly what we didn't want: trying to make a pitch for their services; no value of another person's time, what anyone else says. A cordial no isn't enough, they'll pushing anyone to whom can to make a sale.I highly recommend to avoid wasting time with people like this. Take your business elsewhere to respectable real-estate agents who provide value and aren't giving this profession a worse name that what it already has, like these guys.

One of the apartment buildings they are renting 8125 Boul. St-Laurent Brossard is not suitable to live in at all. Promised us work completion in April 2022 that the building will be ready by July 01, 2022. However there is still work being done everyday. And it is very difficult to stay in the apartment while the work is being done.

Great buying experience with Thomas HoangWe were first-time home buyers on a short timeline to find our forever home. Thomas took our criteria and regularly sent us listings. When we were ready to put in an offer he was very helpful in walking us through the entire process and advising us on pricing. He was there every step of the way all the way to signing at the notary and collecting the keys.

I had the misfortune of working with one of their brokers, Gita Rajpal, extremely dishonest and unprofessional behavior. Her brokerage did nothing to correct her behavior when I contacted them and I have filed a formal complaint. I do not know the quality of the other brokers, but I would not recommend her services. My advice is to steer clear. There are good and honest agents, but she is not one of them.
