Impact towing was personally great they helped me and answered my questions the tow truck company Freeman's out of Norwich are absolutely difficult to deal with and that's why my car got sent here .

When I was stranded on the road, Steve came to my rescue and hooked up my car from harms way. Being in my first accident, Steve explained to me the whole process on what my next steps are after an accident, everything from reporting to the police down to what I need to do for a car rental etc. Impact towing gave me peace of mind and to this day I still talk to impact for any automobile advice I need. Honestly, I have never met any company that takes the client’s best interest at heart. Steve towed my car and while spending time with him during the accident; he as been educating and comforting me during this incident.
