The service offered was completely disappointing.It has been more than a year since I became a client.I was getting my lashes done last night with a lady who didn't know how to do it right (Elaine).When I asked her to do my lashes as in the photo, she said she could be home instead of doing my lashes (she was looking upset since the moment she started doing my lashes). She charged me for a completely new set of lashes.Seeing how a high-quality place could lose customers because of inexperienced staff and terrible customer service is so disappointing.I was verbally disrespected by this lady, Elaine.

Selina was amazing as per usual, I love the attention to detail she puts towards my lashes. She is always super attentive and makes me comfortable. 10/10 service, would definitely recommend her to anyone!

This was my first experience getting my lashes done and I was very nervous about them turning out natural. Tenzin made my experience extremely comfortable and easy. She explained all the lashing options and the care to keep them for the longest time possible. I chose to get classics done because she recommended them as they were the most natural and they turned out even better than I hoped. She was so sweet and friendly as well. I’ll definitely be coming back! It’s been 3 weeks and they still look great! Can’t wait to go in for my refills soon.

my gf comes here regularly to get her lashes done by Tenzin and she really loves how her lashes turn out each time! Given that my gf and I live a bit out of the way, I really appreciate how each time we make the trek to come here, the staff are always super friendly + the place is always v clean and cozy, esp the waiting room :)

Very nice and clean salon to get your lashes done professionally with just a few minutes walk from christie station. Super relaxing and awesome place to get some amazing lashes done! :)Also you should book appointments in advance since there are limited spots sometimes.

I was referred to this lash place by my sister and the lashes came out beautiful. My lash tech Elaine was so sweet and we just clicked during the appointment. I am so glad I found a new salon that meets my expectations and has a chill environment with great R&B music playing!

This place is a must visit if you haven’t been already! Prices are affordable, and the place is always clean and welcoming. My lash tech Selina did an amazing job on my wispy hybrid set; she was quick, precise and super fun to talk to. Will definitely be coming back because of her :)
