I have seen Dr. Zanetti since early 2020. He has been helpful and thorough during my visits however the reception has major flaws, I was told I would be scheduled to come in once a year. I haven’t been in since early 2021 and nobody has contacted me to schedule a follow up. Currently experiencing major problems in one eye and I am unable to contact the receptionist as they DO NOT answer the phones or offer an answering machine. I live 40 minutes away and can not come in to schedule an appointment. Something needs to change.
