I have been a client at H2T for a few years and could not be happier with this esthetics business.What initially drew me to Shanna was that she met and exceeded my very exacting expectations and requirements for cleanliness and sanitary procedures, eg. never double dipping the wax stick. The work area is immaculate.Shanna is very well organized and communicates quickly about appointment availability. She is also a kind person who cares about her clients.

AMAZING!!! Hands down the best waxing experience I have ever had. Shanna did my Brazilian quick and painlessly, finishing the whole thing in under 20 minutes. She was lovely to chat with, super thorough and this was overall an incredible experience!! I have never left a wax so happy. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Shanna is an absolute pro! I recently moved to Ottawa and I was looking for a regular place to get waxed and once I tried H2T Esthetics, I never looked back.Shanna’s salon is welcoming, clean, and she makes you feel at home. The wax is thorough, efficient, and as painless as it can be. It’s no surprise there are so many 5-star reviews, I’d give her 10 stars if I could!

I've been going to Shanna for about 3 months now. Every time I go she is so welcoming and makes the experience completely relaxing! She is super clean and that's nice to know when someone is working with your lady bits! Her pricing is affordable and comparable to some of the top priced waxes. Definitely recommend!

The owner of H2T is my favourite waxing artist. I haven't gotten a wax since moving out of Ottawa because nobody knows how to wax like she does. My skin bruises extremely easily with other salons, but she is the best of the best at waxing. I've never had a bad experience with her.
