My only regret with Billy is I didn’t find him sooner. His work is absolutely incredible… mind blowing really. His line work and shading are like none other in the Rochester//finger lakes area. Billy also is knowledgeable in placement//how a tattoo will age.. those things are so important. I can’t wait to book another one!

Billy did my first tattoo, I was visiting on leave from the Army and I wanted a tree of life on my hip. He was helpful through the entire process, from placement to making sure I was comfortable throughout. It turned out amazing. If I still lived in the area I would definitely get tattooed by him again.

Billy is beyond talented. He is absolutely passionate about his art. I went to him for re work on a tat from another shop that had poor lines and just not that great. He turned it into a masterpiece that I am no longer ashamed of. I have been back to him for several more pieces and WILL not go anywhere else! He is a true professional. You won't be disappointed!

Came in today inquiring about a walk-in appointment with Omar. He made time for my friend and I. His work was professional, clean, and his line work was crazy thin and fantastic. I appreciated the easy after care instructions. Will be back for a second appointment for a bigger tattoo.

This is the only shop I will have any tattoos done. Billy is an excellent artist. He definitely takes pride in his work and keeps it real if you are asking his opinion on a tattoo you are interested. He’s very knowledgeable keeps up on all the new changes with tattoos . Always very clean and sanitary. Will be I. For more work very soon.
