Customer service has been very discouraging. We have tried contActing them about moccasins that were given as a gift and do not fit. Tried to exchange or even credit the gifters card back. My husband has given up and shoes are still here on counter. Very disappointed with company.

Despite the brand logo being an Indigenous person and using skills and designs of Indigenous peoples, this company is not owned by Indigenous peoples and they do not benefit from the sale of this footwear unless employed by the company (a 2019 article I read indicated there are a few Indigenous employees). I feel it is incredibly disingenuous to give the impression this is a First Nations/Indigenous product through the style and branding when little to no benefit is realized by these nations. I invite the owner to speak to my comments.
