KHCK did very bad job with our home.Big roof leak within 9 first month, after 12 month leak in basement.

Kilbarry did a large renovation for us. The job was professionally managed from the start. Issues always arise in construction . We found that Kilbarry was attentive, hard working, very responsive and always resolved any issues. The renovation has stood the test of time. I highly recommend this contractor. We will absolutely do business with them again.

It’s difficult to understand previous reviews. This company is top notch. They go above and beyond what I have experienced with other builders. Their work is high end and attention to detail is extraordinary. Their service is excellent and response time is quick. I really cannot say enough about this company, especially Jordy, with whom I have had many interactions. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company for all building and renovation needs, both residential and commercial.

Not even deserving one star, ZERO would be more accurate!They ran away with our money without completing the work! I've never have encountered such dishonest people in my entire life and it's probably a matter of months until this bunch of fraudulent incompetents run out of business. The only way they are still in the game right now is because they are ROBBING people's money and not delivering what they are supposed to do.We have worked with other contractors afterwards to fix all the mess they have left in our house and they were all shocked of how the house was left in a terrible condition and how difficult it was to get our permits back on track after they ignored the City inspections that they grossly failed.Furthermore, they have no code or ethic in their work" processes; e.g. not passing the City inspections (and not informing us about it!) and disregarding the construction standards.Basically

Run away from this company.They are crooks and will damage your house. They started a job at my house, cause tons of issues, did not fix their work, were not on time, tried to overcharge me for the work - and then tried to sue me.Run away from Kilbarry Hill Crooks Limited.

This contractor was hired to perform a major renovation on our house. Here are some examples of the work that has not been completed and mistakes that were made:- Not passing a safety inspection before closing the walls. An inspector came and they failed the inspection, then closed the walls anyways. Our permit is still open.- Not finishing the HVAC return on the second floor. There are vents on the second floor that go to nowhere.- Not installing air conditioning that we paid for.- Not returning for any of the items on the deficiency list.- Tiling in powder room is crooked and provides a distinct sense of vertigo to all users- Light fixtures not properly aligned in many locations- No sanding before paintingThis is only the tip of the iceberg of the problems with the renovation that was attempted by Kilbarry Hill. We have attempted to contact Kilbarry Hill on multiple occasions to ask then to finish and correct their work and they've vanished and won't return calls or emails. When we attempted to contact any of the subcontractors the subcontractors initially appeared receptive to helping us and then quickly ceased constructive communication after speaking with Kilbarry.They were paid in advance and have cashed their cheques and left without finishing their job. Their initial quote was also higher than other contractors!I do not recommend this contractor even if they are the last one left on Earth.

Having done lots of good projects big and small over a couple of decades...we've seen a lot. And we've never been more impressed and relaxed than with KHCL.Our best experience by far -- execution, planning/coordinating subs, collaboration with designers/architects, muni approvals, and critically hitting time/budget criteria -- you name it! Importantly, communication, creative judgement & integrity are flawless. Never had to 2nd guess any advice.So good we hired them again and would never do a project without them! Thanks team KHCL and Mecks!

Definitely the worst experience ever.company is run by a buncha of brothers whom have zero exp in construction. They are very unprofesional , barey show up to chek up how things are going, imposible to get a hold of and never return your phone calls, they will atempt to charge you more money at the end of the job without letting you know prior. These people are crooks and belong in jail. I have already filled a report with better business berue.DO NOT do business with these people
