Great shop. Super friendly and accommodating.. there was an issue sourcing 1 tire and they recommended a better performing set of tires for the same price then booked me in at MY next convenience. 100% recommend for superb service!

I have been coming here for years and the service has invariably been excellent. This was confirmed again today when I had tried to get (an empty) Orléans Toyota service department to sort out a 5 minute TPMS issue for me on the vehicle I purchased from them new 18 months ago. I had called earlier and my message was not returned. “Too busy” to even look until May. Explained I was selling the vehicle this week, that it would take 5 minutes but they remained completely indifferent. So I stopped at Precision Auto and they fixed the problem for me in about 2 minutes despite being very busy. Friendly and professional and they clearly care about their customers. Precision will have my business for as long as I am in the area. A+.

After hitting a pothole on St Joseph Blvd and blowing a tire and destroying the rim on my Caddy Spencer went the extra mile and tracked down what we think is the last 17” aftermarket rim in the style that is currently on it. The company doesn’t manufacture them in that size anymore. He saved me $$$.New rim and tires were fitted on no time. They kept all promises regarding how long it would take and repair came in under initial quote. Great service from professionals. If you need your vehicle fixed this is the place to go. Had a flat coming down the Highway, doing Ottawa to Quebec City. We showed up at 4:45 PM, previously had made 3 stops with no luck and the front desk guy knew we were down bad. He changed our tire himself and we were back on the road 15 minutes later.

I brought my car in because the A/C was not working. They did a diagnosis and sent me a report by text and email.I phoned them and they were very thorough in explaining what was needed to repair my A/C. They answered all my questions and took time to treat me like I was an important customer. I was very happy with their service and I will return with other car repairs in the future.

I recently went to Precision Automotive for a brake replacement. I had visited them earlier this year and dealt with Spencer. I had called them because the protective covering under my car had come loose and they were extremely helpful and honest. I had not had an experience like that before, so I felt safe going back to them to have them replace my brakes.I was already nervous and anxious because I know that my brakes should have been replaced long before I had called to make the appointment. I spoke with Kirby and there was absolutely no judgement at all. He asked me questions about what my car was doing and explained what they will do when I bring my car in.They had arranged for me to drop my car off the night before and provided me with a loaner car so I could still get to work the next day. Within a few hours I had a report sent to me with a complete inspection of what they did. What was in good condition, what should be changed or replaced and what absolutely needed to be done. They were even able to give me two scenarios on the cost so I could have an idea of what I should expect to pay.I was so impressed. The final bill even came in lower than what they had quoted me. I can not thank them enough for the help with my car. The extra time and care that they took will make me a life long customer. .

Had a great experience with the 3 guys working in the front office, amazing customer service.Was in a bind and needed some tires and they moved very quickly on it and called me back for same day installation following a cancellation.Looking forward to my next visit here.

I was referred to Precision by another garage due to the make of my car, that already told me i was in good hands. When i got there the service was top notch. I knew what to expect and what the cost would be and the cost came in even less. I was updated through the whole process and received an electronic report on everything that was done to the car. I will definitely keep going back with all my cars

I brought a used car I was purchasing in for a safety certificate, and had an excellent experience with this company. Knowing it was an older car, I knew it was possible some work would need to be done. The team quickly had diagnosed a couple issues needed to pass a safety inspection, provided a fair quote within a couple of hours and had the car back to me the same day.
