Steven did a great job inspecting our new home. He was thorough and gave great feedback. He had some bonus tools that I have noticed other inspectors don't like thermal and moisture meters to check for insulation and moisture throughout the home.He also offers a bonus warranty on his inspections which I thought was pretty cool.We had a little miscommunication over the date of our booking. If I had one complaint it would be that his booking system and pre inspection communication could be better.Great inspector, would recommend and use again!Thanks Steven.Nick

Very pleased with the quick response and professional inspection Steve supplied for our new purchase. The report was detailed and easy to understand. He called me after the inspection to go over a few things and even went out of his way to remove some winter blankets that were on two Magnolia trees with the impending heat wave coming. I highly recommend him.

I really appreciated Steven Hughes and his inspection he did of a house we were purchasing. He was thorough and he took the time to show us things that needed attention rather than just handing us a report. He did a walk through of the house after he did the inspection and basically explained how the house systems work, which I appreciated. Steven was friendly and easy to talk to, explained things simply.I would recommend him highly.
