Nick and Brodie went above and beyond to make certain that every thing was repaired and running efficiently. They were both friendly and informative. They even corrected some of my DYI wiring that was not up to snuff and removed something in the duct that was making noise. Ajah in the office was very friendly and helpful.

Called Farley Heating to have our tankless water heater serviced (yearly preventative maintenance). They came 2 days after we called them, which is pretty impressive for non-emergency work.Nick and his team were very professional and explained everything they did. We were having some issues with our heat pump, and a friend recommended Farley Heating. They came out quickly to investigate and fix our issue. Staff was great to work with, and Nick was very prompt and responsive when contacted. We will use them again in the future.

Nick has saved us twice from dishonest companies, doing quick and effective repairs that have lasted instead of outright replacing AC and furnace (at seperate times over two years) that other HVAC companies' service techs were pushing on us in a very underhanded manner.So, for people who need a honest and competent individual to work on their expensive HVAC equipment, call Farley Heating. Nick and Aja at Farley Heating were amazing to work with. Our furnace stopped working on an incredibly cold day, and they came within a few hours and took care of things. They were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and explained exactly what the problem was. They left us with some heaters in case the furnace stopped until they got the replacement part in. Wonderful people to deal with. I’d highly recommend them.

I reached out to Farley as I needed a new furnace & humidifier on the furnace as well as some TLC to my HVAC.I was beyond impressed with the quick reply and within a week all was taken care of.The professionalism was fabulous. I was walked through the various options, and how the work would be completed & the price was (in my opinion) less then I thought it would cost me and the final bill was the price that I was quoted!The team came to do the installation and were so personable. Kind, respectful and walked me through things in a way I was able to understand.There was a co-op student with the team, which I was advised of the first day. The way the team spoke to him, guided him, gave him 'real' jobs was very admirable. That type of dedication and patience sits in a special place in my heart as my kids may one day be in that position.I can go on...the way I was taught about the way to use my new SMART thermostat was very easy...I can still use it, lol. The advice or what is normal to maintain the humidity in my house was clear....Overall it was an amazing experience and I would recommend anyone in need of any type of service FARLEY provides to give them a shot as well!!

Nick came to our home to evaluate our needs for a furnace and we were under some time constraints due to an error with the piping done incorrectly previously by whom ever did the work previous to us owning the home.His knowledge and expertise was top notch. Nick explained everything to us and helped us with the right size of furnace for the house. Due to our time line, and Enbridge sending us shut off letters for the incorrect pipeline Nick made us a top priority (it was December, thankfully not now, January, in this deep freeze)Within days Nick had his crew out here removing the old clunker that worked so hard to heat our home (loudly) and installed our new very quiet furnace that maintains this home without any problems whatsoever. Most days I will have to turn the thermostat down, that's how well it heats this old house!!!Very, very happy with Nick and his crew. No mess left behind at all.
