Friendly service and a large selection of formal and casual menswear for larger or taller gentleman. The shirt, pants and jacket qualities are good. I have items that have lasted over 2 years with almost daily use. If you're looking for formal attire or business casual attire this store has both the quality and the selection for your wardrobe, especially if you are a taller or larger gentleman. And watch for September and Black Friday Sales!!!

I’ve been shopping here for years and they have gone down hill there customer service is not the same anymore and not very helpful. I come in looking for a white dress shirt and they were all dirty if your spending 100 dollars for a shirt it wouldn’t be like that I hope you guys do better

Went to the Oakville Town Centre location to purchase a suit for my 14 yr old son for his graduation. This was my son's first suit shopping experience needless to say he was a little excited. The service was horrible, my son is average size for a 14 yr old, the staff didn't even try to find a suit that fit him. The store was empty and there were 2 employees just standing there. They just said yeah we have nothing to fit him. I ended up looking myself and oddly enough to my surprise they did have something. Regardless we did not end up purchasing anything from them. An experience that should have been memorable and fun for my son left him embarrassed and wanting to leave. THANK YOU TIP TOP..... Lazy staff!!! People say Amazon is killing retail NO retail is killing retail. No service, no appreciation for customers, lazy staff.

This place is very polarizing for me. They have clothes that fit, but most designs are awful and expensive.They have helpful staff who are also sales sharks.They have awesome giveaways over email but also send you two to three emails DAILY.I like their clothes, but I'd rather shop online once I know my size.
