Everyone working here had no social skills, rude, no spacial awareness. Also the women working there were complaining about gamers while worker at a store mostly aimed towards gamers? Left the store because rude people don't make me want to shop there.

The staff are alright. But the store never stocks any new games. I've had to buy my last 5 games digital for a inflated price because of it.

Came in to look at Pokémon card cases. Wasn’t greeted or talked to at all and upon picking up and looking at one of the cases a worker with blond hair and glasses came and planted herself directly between me and the door giving us dirty looks the whole time, still with no greeting or asking if I needed assistance. I was genuinely interested in purchasing the card case but after that I felt uncomfortable and left.

Location has a decent inventory stockwise, but the manager is generally rude and unpleasant to deal with. And if you are a teenager or a person of colour, expect to be followed around.

I got a Nintendo Switch form an Gamestop a couple years ago and I’m pretty sure it was this one, although I think it was called EB games when I got my Switch there. I had a nice conversation with friendly staff about games as I’m a gamer in a game shop and I had a great experience. Every time I can to Masonville, I visit this store! Also when I was there I got the whole Bioshock Collection

Don't judge customers for not upgrading to platinum member. Makes me rather shop at Walmart or Amazon to not hear negative comments. Saving 2 dollars to pay 10 dollars membership isn't a dumb decision.

They have a lot of merchandise and video games put up at this small store. There were few other customers during my visit. Moving around the store was a bit difficult. Their staff seemed knowledgeable while answering my queries.

So, I wanted to buy a ps5 at this store when the store was closing 12 minutes tonight. We have already arrived at the door, but I don’t know why the clerk in the store refused to serve, and didn’t give me any reason for refusing service, even though I asked many times and she still didn't give me a reason. I don't know the clerk's name, but it's definitely because of her that I didn't choose this ebgames to buy my ps5 and games. (Service is your first thing to improve)

Went in to ask a question about an earlier transaction. The young man I initially spoke with was great but when asked about another female employee, she was extremely rude, not only to us but belittling and spoke quite aggressively towards the other employee. If this woman was the manager/supervisor she needs to work on her customer service skills and stop abusing her staff . I cannot imagine having to work with someone so hostile.
