I had tried on a floral anarkali a week ago and came back to purchase it because I wanted to show it to my sister and the lady working would not let me try it on unless “I was serious” I have never had such bad customer service. I loved the dress but I refuse to purchase anything from here now.

Rainbow Fashions is a delight to walk in-to! The owner is always calm and patient and attentive. During the stress of being a bride, she always recieved my bridal party and I with warmth. Towards the back, one can find select pieces for bridal wear. The front end of the store offers discounts that make going to any event reasonably priced and achievable!

Absolutely disgusting environment and employee. She said you have to be able to afford the suit and be okay with the price to try it on. Ridiculous person with no manners and any customer service skills. I don’t know how their store is still running. Who says look at the tag and if you can pay the price then you are ‘allowed’ to try it on?

Simmi was very helpful! The store has a great selection; she was able to offer me a variety of traditional, modern and fusion pieces, in multiple sizes. She made it super easy for me to walk in, find an entire look that suited me and fit perfectly, without spending extra time and money on alterations.

Love their stuff. Decent prices for good quality. Their gowns and dresses are gorgeous!! Way cheaper than the bridal stores in New West. It was refreshing to see this collection in a Surrey boutique.
