Pretty quick on shipping, and very well packed. I loved all the crystals I got, the imperfect towers 3 of them and I couldn't tell one what was wrong with it. I also got a mystery box as well it was beautiful I love the crescent moon and I got bracelet.

I placed an order Dec 26th, upon placing the order the confirmation email said I'd get tracking/shipping updates. I didn't. 3 weeks passed by before I finally reached out knowing that Christmas had just ended and the post may take longer then usual. My messaged was acknowledged but ignored twice. I reached out a third time and finally got a reply. I was told a part of my address was not typed or written out properly on the parcel and it would likely return to sender. I was then asked if I wanted a refund or my order to be resent. Although this was frustrating and the seller didn't seen overly apologetic I asked to have my order resent as I've already been waiting close to 4 weeks. The seller said they would resend and asked me for my tiktok handle to they could film my order being picked. I thought that was cool and thanked them. A couple of days later I still did not receive notification on tikok nor any other shipping notification for the new order. This morning I messaged the seller. My message was once again ignored & the seller just went ahead and processed the refund without any communication. I've worked in customer service most of my life and the way Gemvitality runs their business isn't professional or customer service oriented in the slightest. I was so excited to get this package and start my crystal collection and I'm extremely disappointed in how this played out. I won't be ordering again.
