Sapna Kumar is a fraudster. I did not renew my policy a month in advance and she tried to withdraw the payment. I made multiple phone calls to her office and emails informing them of this but they would not listen and always tell me “the agent in charge of your policy will call you” but no one ever does. I also emailed Sapna and received no response from her. I will be informing the police of her fraud. Stay away from this company.

I have an outstanding claim re: damaged Property, and I informrd Sapna Kumar's office of this claim. I was advised that they would reach out to the main office, but I have yet to hear back from either offices. I seems like when you have a claim with DesjardinS they don't seem to care and take their time, but when money needs to be collected from the policy owners they work expediently. Last I heared from my Claims Officer was April 24th. So much for Desjardin's statement We are ready to support you every step of the way"."
