Dr. Green Services Inc.

Since they serviced in Apr 28, there are 2 full months passed, and they didn't come to visit us at all today is June 27. I called them once, emailed twice. Each time contact to them they tell me they have already rushed and will service us 'next' week. But their 'next' week never happened.For such kind of service, delay should not be acceptable as weeds never delay their growth. My backyard is like crazily wild now. Should I sue them to pay for me to redo the new lawn?

Listing this as a 2 for the moment because I have tried to call twice now and been on hold for 15 and 20 minutes respectively. Apologies but wasting this kind of time to simply ask about the process and request some information on my property is not something I feel like doing, let alone trying 3 times to get thru to something. Also having an automated Due to COVID-19" as a reason for slow response times is not acceptable anymore

Update: The company has recently reached out and apologized for their administrative mistakes and cleared my bill. I have improved my rating slightly as a result. I believe it is worth noting that the company did a decent job keeping my lawn healthy in previous years.Original:I hired this company (over the phone) for the summer of 2021. I had chosen not to hire them for the summer of 2022 due to a limited disposable income. They showed up anyways. I contacted them immediately (via email) to informed them of their error and made it clear in no uncertain terms that I did not want their services. They said a spokesperson would call, but never did. They continued to provide their service throughout the summer and is now attempting to charge me for the unrequested service.I have contacted them again regarding their error, and they have since sent more messages requesting payment for the unwanted service. At this point, I am feeling harassed by this company.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the results. There is definitely room for improvement with informing before each visit (this could be a hit and a miss) and really wish lawn care experts could take some time rather than rushing out (I know they have quite a few homes to cover) but a bit more time does make some difference. I hired dr green for weed control and fertilization for my property in May. On the phone they offered me the season package which they said they will deduct the money on every visit not the whole amount at once but surprisingly they deduct whole amount at one single transaction. Whatever I didn't bother to call them and ask them because I have to pay them anyways.They did 3 services till date. One fertilization and 2 weed control. After 2nd service which was weed sprayed I didn't see any result at all even after 9 days. So I called them again and they did 3rd service of weed control but result was same. I got extremely disappointed and emailed them with the pictures of my yard on June 19 and they replied me on June 20 that they will come next week(June26- june 30) and sprayed it again but noone showed up. I emailed them again on June 29th and ask them again when they are coming but they didn't even bother to reply me. I would like to mention that june 26 to june 30 was not raining at all.In nutshell Mayand June has passed. Its july amd I didn't see any difference. Soon the summer will be gone. I am completely disappointed with their service.

We would definitely recommend Dr. Green to family and friends. This year our lawn has not had a single weed. The lawn has looked really green and healthy. We have had a few comments on how great the lawn looks. Dr. Green's timeline for services have been nicely spread out. We also appreciate the communication they provide when they are coming to do a service. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

It was easy to get assistance from Charlene, she was very helpful and very Informative. They came over and gave a days notice by email as we had requested. They came first thing in the morning and did their sprays , will know the results in about 7 days. They had also provided a brief update right after the visit, which was very helpful. Will put up another comment on how their products were after 7 to 10 days.

HORRIBLE, do not recommend to anyone! I emailed asking for a partial refund for remainder of season (I paid for season upfront) and to cancel my service due to there services not working, and they advised they are a “no refund company” and the only option is to cancel with no refund or they can come spray again… my weeds have not wilted AT ALL and there has never been more weeds honestly. It’s like they are feeding my grass weed food. Go to a reputable company like green drop. This company was a $300 waste of money

There are areas in the front of the house closer to the road, where there are lots of weeds and it seems they still look fresh whereas my vegetable gardens were all treated very well with weed control.This is totally unacceptable because this is not the first time. When they sprayed this first time on our vegetables , we thought it was by accident but this is the second time and I am not taking it lightly. We put in a lot of effort ,time and money to grow these fresh vegetables and you guys completely ruined it.I tried my best to locate some fertilizer granules but with no luck, unless the fertilizer used was in liquid form. There are lots of weeds in the backyard too but they still remain even though we are coming close to the end of season. It was my first time using Dr. Green. I just moved into my home in April of this year. They managed to keep my lawn nice and green! They have always been on time and send notifications prior to visit. This is always nice so I can let my children know someone will be in the yard.
