So disappointed and how my mother was treated tonight. She bought a dinner for 4 to share with the family. We did not receive a dinner for 4. We got 4 egg rolls to plates of rice chicken chow mein and another chicken dish. No ribs, no wonton, no beef and broccoli. When we called to tell them we didn't get the right order they told us we must of because no once else complained and then hung up on my mom. If we didn't live 20 min away and wait an hour and 40 min for food I would of taken it back and showed the owner. I'm never ever going to eat there again and wouldn't recommend them. Worst customer service ever.

Love this place. Usually ate here once a month for all you could eat. But unfortunately it's being sold. You can still get take out and the food is still amazing. Fast also. But gonna miss it.

I was visiting my brother and his wife in Kentville, Nova Scotia on May 5th. They ordered supper from KAO and it was the absolute best Chinese food I have ever had in my 76 years. Made me want to move back to Nova Scotia.

Valentine’s Day. 2023. Kaos was very short staffed, not their fault. , people were waiting for along time for their food. Felt bad for the staff . Running back and forth to the kitchen. Got my food. Was awesome as usual. Proud of my fellow citizens for their kindness and patience towards the staff. Not an unkind word. Everyone understood that they were doing the best they could despite the circumstances. Hope they get some help.

It took about an hour, so make sure you give plenty of time to call.We got the dinner for six and the wait was well worth it. We got good portions of everything, veggies seemed nice and fresh, and everything was cooked well. Best chicken balls I've ever had, I will definitely be ordering again sometime!

We have been waiting for over 2 years for the buffet to come back. Why has it not come back yet. Other buffet places have been reopened since March 2022...this buffet was delicious..we eagerly await its return.

Take Out only ,due to staff shortage. Wait time is 45 minutes. Food is great!

Arrived at 4:15 for 4:30 buffet, we were told it would be ready to serve in 15 mins. No problem we would wait, 2 minutes later a group of 9 arrived and proceeded to the buffet before it was fully filled. Needless to say the people waiting for it to open were upset. By the time it opened, the 9 who rushed" the buffet before it opened filled their plates so those that waited got very little to start. This was our first visit to KAO and although the food was tasty

This restaurant was fairly clean with fairly modern decor especially for Annapolis Valley standards.The buffet food quality and service however wasn't great. The food in the buffet was displayed on small trays and they can't running out of food. The staff were very slow in replishing the buffet. The food temperature was also cold and the vegetable dishes were very greasy covered in oil. I won't be going back!!
