Good work. A little expensive but I guess when everything is done by hand and not a machine

Ordered windows in 2020 for our house, we wanted all black windows. They came and quoted it, gave us a price. We paid & waited. We called 3 weeks later to ask about the windows and found out they weren’t ordered, then asked if we wanted white on the inside and black on the outside, we confirmed that we wanted all black front and back windows. Couple more weeks go by and we call, they send the owner out to quote the windows again because they still weren’t ordered. He comes, quotes them and orders them, then we wait: this whole time we were holding back on other renovations. This set us back 4 months. When the windows did come, they were beautiful no doubt.Giving a second chance…2 years later we try again to order from them, we moved. More black windows. He does to quote, says he will have it by the end of the week, we get a email 2 weeks later saying they didn’t have the quote. And the number of windows was wrong, we counted 24 windows and 2 patio doors while he was here. The quote said 2 patio doors, and 15 windows. So very off. Now another 2 weeks go by after we tell them the error of the amount of windows. No one came or called, nothing. Now today, they said we should go elsewhere. That’s the company you will deal with. Just choose wisely, if you have months to wait then go ahead and order from them. If you want it done so you can start other renovations then this isn’t the company for you.Sorry.
