Gaudin's Honda

Absolutely horrible customer service, showed up from BC to buy a bike didn’t realize the hour difference, the salesman came out hollering at us that we were late, screaming across the store! We have spent so much money here over the past few years and our most recent purchase was the honda 520. We had cash to pay right then and there and he refused us service. Unbelievable. Never been treated so poorly in a public place before.

Best offroad Honda dealership ever.They are Not a Vehicle dealership but if you need small engines / work done they are the place

Awesome products and service! We purchased a Trimmer and were very impressed by the very thorough product orientation and set up. Way more customer service than I've experienced before and come to expect. Would definitely recommend shopping at Gaudin's Honda first.

Have tried multiple times to buy parts and get service here, even tried to buy my last sled from them but didn’t. They are closest to where I live and I like to try and support the smaller businesses when I can but the past few times I’ve been in it seems like they just can’t be bothered to deal with you. Especially the service department has been very poor, can’t get you in any decent amount of time and just try to tell you it’s bad gas or to change plugs. Way better service at the next closest Polaris dealer. Will no longer bother trying to do anything here.

Every time I have tried to call and get ahold of ANYONE, it stays on hold for a minute or so then gives the option to leave a message. Been trying for an hour and can't reach parts, sales or service. Store hours say they're open, no one answers their phone.On another note, tried to buy 3 quads from them in 2016 (this is after purchasing a new foreman 500 from them in 2015) and had to try for 3 days to get ahold of sales. When I did all I got was sarcasm and snide remarks because they didn't believe I was actually buying 3 quads. So they lost the sale and I went to FSJ. We bought another foreman 500, a rubicon 500 deluxe and a 420 auto IRS from FSJ a week later. And now they have lost a parts sale for the 420 (I know, big whoop, but how many others have had this experience?) I was really hoping they had changed in the last 4 years. Apparently not.

Kept my bike about 2 months so far. story changes everytime i call been ready tomorrow 3 days in a row. Now they are waiting on parts. Bill getting huge. Avoid my calls on days im meant to pick up manager yet to get back to me. I have to phone on a different number to find out anything. At this point been as patient and understanding as i can be. Was going to buy a new bike after current one fixed. Not anymore
