I've never met Melissa but she provided extraordinary guidance when I was at a loss for which direction to go. Several months ago, I was contacted by a design firm in Germany that was interested in licensing a photo that was posted in a blog entry. Having no experience in either stock photography or image licensing, I researched the internet. That research caused even more confusion as there is such a range of suggested prices for licensing of images. Finally, I found Melissa and Pixel Cents. Melissa walked me through her easy to understand pricing formula. Every time I had a question she freely offered advice and suggestions. UPDATE: I finally got a hold of them. It is a one person operation. I was finally able to cancel my account. Apparently no one has tried cancelling before so that step was somewhat overlooked by the individual. I hope she gets that part a little more streamlinedI have no need for this and am trying to cancel but am given no options to cancel. It keeps telling me that it fails to cancel and to contact support and when I go to the contact page it comes up blank. I have contacted them on social media with NO response. Sounds like the type of scam where you sign up but can't get out of it.
