I went in for regular maintenance and a tire swap. From the young lady taking my vehicle in the garage to Rob handling the service details, I was treated with respect. The amount of time it took matched Rob's assessment, and the free car wash at the end is always a bonus!While I was waiting, Michelle and I chatted about future vehicles and the options available. She fit me into her busy schedule with no appointment and made me feel welcome and important.Kudos to all the helpful and friendly staff at Heffner Toyota!

Lexus makes great cars. The service department here is generally good for regular services that you can schedule ahead of time. But be aware that they don't take walk-in business even it is an emergency.I had a crack in the tire... and leaking. I went there in the early Saturday morning for help. I wanted to know if it is under warranty, if it is repairable, if no, do I need replace just the leaking tire or have to replace all 4. I was hoping I can order tires from Lexus and make appointments if replacement is needed.Here is how it went:1. The gentleman at the front desk did take a look and told me it has to be replaced. Thanks to him. But it needs to be evaluated by a technician to decide if I need to replace 1 or 4. He also explained that there is no warranty for tires even it is original unless separate warranty was purchased. I was advised to call tire manufacturer to know if it is a manufacturing defect. Good to know!2.But I have to leave the vehicle with them or have to wait for 'a very long' time to have a technician to take a look because there were only two working …Since I didn't know how long is 'very long', I decided to go to a nearby Costco Tire Center. The lady at service desk also wanted me to make appointment first. But after I explained, she asked me to pull over to the bay door. In a few minutes a technician took a look at the crack, measured the tire and told me the wear. The guy also helped top up the pressure so that I can drive home. I was also able to have printed quotes and be offered the choice of ordering tires in the store or online by myself. It took less than 40 minutes in total. Since there is a long line at Costco as well, I decided order online from Costco.I was really feeling the difference as a customer...

Heffner Toyota was recommended to my husband and me by our neighbour. Even though we live in Waterloo he said it was worth the drive so that we could order our car from Karen Savage. He was so right! Karen has been awesome! She was so patient and knowledgeable. She kept in touch while we waited for our car to be built and then spent close to two hours with us when it arrived. I ordered my 2023 Tacoma back in October 2022 and finally picked it up at the end of April 2023. I placed my order through Kaitlin in the sales department. She’s probably the only reason I went with Heffner versus another Toyota dealer in the area. From the very beginning she was very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns back and forth while I was making up my mind to place this order. Throughout the wait period for my truck to be built I kept in touch with Kaitlin and got updates, including one offer of a truck being allocated to their dealer similar to what I ordered but in a different colour I was not interested in. I was able to get my truck sooner than expected because Kaitlin kept me in mind and had this truck allocated to their dealership in metallic grey (which was the original choice of colour I wanted before switching to black half way through waiting for it to be built). I felt like I made the right choice choosing the metallic grey as it’s a great colour that has potential for hiding dust, dirt and just looking cleaner overall throughout the year with very little aesthetic maintenance.Once the truck arrived at the dealership, there was a bit of a wait process while going through the financing department and then having a lot of extra accessories I had ordered come in and have installed on the truck. Natasha in financing was really good being patient and understanding of the options and choices I went with when it came to finalizing the sale of the truck. Shaun the technician worked on putting most if not all the things on my truck and I was lucky enough to chat with him for a bit as I was admiring it in their lot during the whole process. The whole process was well worth the wait and my truck turned out and delivered better looking than I expected. Kaitlin made sure everything I have asked for was exactly how I wanted it so I couldn’t be happier with my whole experience at this dealership. I can 100% vouch for her to meet your expectations. Worse service ever. I took my daughter's car in for a engine maintenance service warning with a code . Service agent told me a she is overdue for regular maintenance that should clear it. We agreed to check for the code and regular maintenance. Charged $400 engine warning was still on. The tech said the warning did not come on when he was servicing. The warning came on as soon as I picked up the car. When showing Heffner the warning message was still there, customer service was terrible. I feel lied to. The manager Peter was extremely rude. When asking to speak to his manager, it's been almost a month and I am still waiting for a callback from Nick Heffner. Getting around Heffner is confusing not customer friendly. I am completely disappointed and will never go to Heffner again.

It took 18 months to get the Hybrid RAV4 that we ordered, but once it arrived the service was excellent. Kaitlyn was amazing and helpful throughout the experience. I’d definitely recommend her - and we love our car!

Recently purchased a 2023 Toyota Rav 4, and LOVE it. A huge thank you to Kaitlin Kelsey for all of her help, and patience going through each step of the process, including going through all the features before I left after picking up my new ride. She made the whole experience easy, comfortable, and treated us like family. What more can you ask of a dealership and salesperson then when you arrive during a snow storm, and they have your vehicle parked inside with a giant bow! Although I am not yet a customer at Heffner Toyota, I was impressed with my experience here. First of all, this is my 1st visit at this dealership and I was surprised how big this dealership is. It stretches an entire block with a Toyota Dealership, they also owned a Lexus Dealership and then a Pre-Owned Used Car Dealership, so there are vehicles that fits your needs.Plenty of parking spaces. When I walked into the building, very high ceiling, inviting and feel welcoming. There is a main reception spot with a wooden signage of Heffner Toyota. I was greeted by the friendly reception staff asking me if I need anything.I was free to roam around and check out the Toyota lineup. This is a big dealership.Toyota is pumping out new exciting products right now such as the brand new Prius, Crown, Tundra, RAV4 Prime is a fan favourite and I personally luv the GSR lineup.Thank you for the wonderful experience. They treat you with respect and give you space to roam around without any pressure.It's definitely Time to Toyota!
