The Dorothy Ley Hospice

I am deeply grateful to the staff and volunteers at Dorothy Ley Hospice. My grandmother stayed with them for the last couple weeks of her life, and they treated her with dignity and immense kindness.The hospice itself is clean, warm and peaceful. The care suites are private and very comfortable.The hospice doesn't only treat their residents well, but also the families. They have shower rooms, pull out sleeper couches in the care suites, and snacks and beverages available in exchange for a small donation. On Christmas day they provided a festive lunch for all the families.My family is so grateful that our loved one was able to spend her last days in this hospice.

Peace and respect found in every aspect of this outstanding facility and also flows to its outreach team. Our family is grateful for the outstanding care provided to our loved ones, and all of us too, by the excellent staff and gracious volunteers.

The most compelling place ever, all Doctors and Nurses along with staff are incredibly compassionate and caring, thank you for making our stay and looking after our mother with love, we will never forget our experience at Dorthy Ley.

I am known there as Eileen McRae, Robert McRae's sister. Some days he does not want to see or hear my voice but the love I hold for years, Goes over 50 . But everytime someone is visiting with him, they are happy to see the care n gentlest they handle Robert with with the gentleness of a baby. They are always on schedule and mKing sure Bob is fresh n clean every morning.

The absolute best place for support during times of grief. Thank you so much Roberto, for all you are doing for my family and I. God Bless this wonderful staff.

Recently my husband stayed at Dorothy Lea Hospice until he passed away. He received such excellent care! They couldn't do enough for him to keep him comfortable. I'm so grateful he had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful place. A big thank you to all the staff and volunteers for their care and the wonderful support in our grief!

May you or your loved one never come to need this place but if you do it is beautiful. The loving environment, the amazing volunteers and staff and nurses and support system that this place offers for palliative care is unimaginable. If you have the opportunity to donate please donate for someone who is in need of hospice care. If you have time to volunteer please volunteer and give your service to an amazing cause to help people at the end of their life. Gorgeous place. Staff is kind and it’s very clean.

This place is spectacular and caring. My sister just went there. The staff and volunteers are so giving and compassionate. It is a lovely homey enviornment.
