My worst experience with highly unprofessional company.They even charged delivery charges plus HST on the parts with a guarantee of one year on parts and labor as informed by the technician. After about 4 months the washer again was not working. Though we were away for 5 weeks and used the washer only few times.When called the company we were surprised to know that the warranty is only 90 days whereas the technician clearly mentioned one year. Now they have completely refused to accommodate. Please make sure before dealing with this company.

There is no option for a zero star which the company deserves. They assure you VERBALLY that the warranty is one year on parts and labour but actually it is only 90 days.Becareful when dealing with this scam company.

Had two technicians" come out and take a look at a stacked washer/dryer. I had booked the service call via phone and provided the details upfront and was told the price would be 89.99

I booked a appointment with the office and sent the details (Model & Ser. #) of my dryer. Told them to have tech call me 15min before arrival so I can come from work to meet him. Luckily my wife was home to let him in. I come home 8min later and tech says he thinks it's the motor.I'm a tech in other trade so I know how to use tools and a multi meter. I testing everything myself before calling just in case I missed something. So the dryer was akready apart when their tech got there and he didn't need to take it apart to check anything because I already did that myself.I proceeded to tell the tech you think it's the motor or your not sure?. He said he thinks. I said to him them put it to gether and check the motor then. Tech says he can't because that would be more labor and cost more. I said it was already apart when you got here. Didn't want to argue. Asked how much a motor would be. He asked for Model and Ser # which I already provided his company. Made a quick check and says about $300. I said forget it as new dryers are $600 and up. Paid in my driveway by debit and I noticed tech is driving a Honda and not a service van. No company branding and throws his small bag of tools in his front seat. $90 plus tax for less then 30mins of work.When people want appliances fixed they call professionals who know and not think. Would never call these trunk slamers ever again.

Be careful with this business. I scheduled a repair through the Maytag/Whirlpool website and IAS was sent out. The tech did nothing and told us to watch the refrigerator. We were charged $130+tax. The same issue appeared some time later and I called them again and a different tech came out, supposedly tested everthing and told us to watch it, but didn't charge us. After a week, problem was back and tech came out and charged us again. So my Mother paid twice for 4 visits. One would think these folks like the call-backs and the ability to bill you multiple times. Save the headache, make Whirlpool send pros out...

Dhiren found the problem in working of dishwasher within minutes and resolved it at its earliest. Efficient working..

H was very professional, knowledgeable, personable. Went out of his way to respect love the issue. Will definitely contact H again for my appliance repair.

Love the technicians, they worked so hard to fix my washer despite my Whirlpool being a hunk of junk with even the REPLACEMENT parts being damaged. They worked extra hard to make sure my floors weren't scratched, and not to ding the walls in the super tiny area they had to work in.They even showed me how to clean out a lint trap hidden way up in my ceiling.The rating is dinged because even though I called and talked to reception twice, and was told they would get back to me about if someone was coming back to put my washer together they never did. (They had to leave it disassembled while they found a 2nd replacement.) So I spent the whole day worried about my appliances being all over the place. Luckily I stayed home just in case, and the technicians showed up after business hours and managed to finish the job :)

We had a great experience with IAS. They came to us even sooner than was promised for which we were very grateful. Parts were ordered and repairs were completed very quickly. The repair people were very friendly, polite and efficient. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Prompt and efficient service. Technician came the following morning after my call and fixed my stove on the spot.
