Regency Park RV Resort

Quiet, clean, inexpensive laundry on site, working wifi, friendly and helpful hosts/owners, and close to Cranbrook Community Forest with great bike trails. What's not to like.

Fine for overnight stay, owner is friendly and efficient, price was right. We had site #9 which has a hookup problem. The power and water poles were too far for my RV 30 amp cord to reach when backing in. I drove in head first, and off the gravel to just reach the outlet. My water hose was too short but I always have plenty in the tank. If they can't move the outlet, then they should have a 30 amp extension cord available for loan (with a deposit of course) and maybe a long water hose as well.

Bathrooms were clean, my boyfriend and I stayed here. We checked in late and she gave my friend a wicked glare.. their pool isn't a pool.. It's just dirty and no water.. I feel like the owners were very ignorant and rude towards us. Great place.. Rude owners..

Nice quiet campground. Lots of permanent r v 's.Clean washrooms. Near the highway but we did not hear any traffic. The owner can overstep a bit but she definitely means well. Would return .

Had mixed feelings about this rv park if u could call it that. More like a big field with crammed rv stalls few treest for shade about 10 in total on whole property and 1 big giant tree.. Owner running his office out of an rv motorhome. Pretty sketchy. The Good : in town on cranbrook. So you are 5/min from mall and city attractions. The main building has hot /cold showers. And laundry. I have to say are clean. Full hookups service . The bad. Men's bathroom very poorly laid out. Shower cabin part of the entire room. 3 shower heads in one the shoes stall no privacy no change cabin. Have to lock everyone out because ur using a shower. Hallway leading to washroom not lit no bulbs in fixtures only a night light. Really?There used to be a pool not anymore see pic.The highway is very noisy throughout the night.OK place for overnight if nothing else available. Must have cash no debit for payment .Internet there but painfully slow. Better off using ur 3g. Can we call the internet useless the. Ya totally useless . .I would not pic this place for long term stay.

Booked 2 sites morning of, management was able to accommodate us. Staff was very helpful when we pulled in and long stay neighbours helped resolve that the water and power connection was to far for our cords. Property was clean and quiet. Only negative comments are it is a bit close to the main road thru Cranbrook but if your in an RV you really don't notice it.Wifi was really slow and we couldn't get on even at 11:30pm.Will definitely stay again.Note sites are wired for 30amp.Sites are long and good size.

I have lived here for 19 months now, I am a helpful tenant, but the landlords and owners are very rude and ignorant.They raised the rent after the Government said there is a rent freeze until the end of 2021. I gave them the information and they refuse to pay back the extra cash they have been taking for the last 3 months from raising the rent. Now they are trying to kick me out in 24 hours for not paying my rent.There is plenty more things as well. So if you choose a place to stay choose wisely and read all the other responses about this business.And please share.

It is not a pretty place but it has shower, bathroom and laundry facilities that are open 24/7. It is right off the highway so easy to get to. The hosts were very accommodating, they let us use their power converter so we could hook up to the 50 amp.

We have stayed in the park for a week the last 3 years as our Grandson is a welder in Cranbrook so we travel down from Kamloops to visit with him. The park is great,and the landlady is super she accommodates us every year as we have a large 5th wheel. Thank you Sharon

It was clean, well kept and had a nice shower house/ laundry bldg. The managers were very hospitable and helpful. Very basic and close to the main highway.
