Nestled is the best kids furniture store in southern Ontario!They went above and beyond at assisting my partner and I pick out and design our custom rocking chair. They were so attentive and present in all our encounters and thoroughly answered all our questions!I continue to recommend this store too all parents looking for amazing quality and beautiful furniture.

My wife and I purchased a baby crib and mattress from Snuggle Bugz - Burlington for our daughter-in-law and son’s first child and we were very pleased with the service and help from Marissa. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It is a great store with a wonderful showroom and selection.

We ordered the Colby 4-in-1 Low-profile Convertible Crib in white from them and not once but twice it came in with many defects, scratches & splitter, due to poor manufacturing. The outside of the box had no damage done to it so this was not something due to shipping damage. They were able to help us obtain a new crib from a different brand with the same price point fairly quickly. Great customer service at the Burlington location.

I ordered a dresser in January 2022. Was told it would arrive in May. Well it is now end of July and the dresser has yet to arrive. The worst part of my experience is that the store has never called me with updates. I have had to call the store repeatedly. Last week I was again promised the dresser would ship from the manufacturer last week and would arrive this week. I called today to check the status as I had not received confirmation it had arrived and was told it has not yet shipped from the manufacturer. This is beyond frustrating as my baby will be here any day. Given the price point charged of this store, they absolutely need to do better.

Cindy, at Nestled, exceeded expectations on all counts. She provided clear guidance about differences in the convertible cribs we were considering. She arranged the best delivery option, and called us when she promised, about the details. All of our interaction was by phone, but felt as if we were long time customers of a great local provider. Nestled's people plainly value customer satisfaction as a building block for loyalty and positive word of mouth.

Excellent experience from walking into the store to having the chair delivered. We purchased our glider here and it was made to order. Like nearly all MTO furniture there were delays due to COVID. Nestled’s customer service was outstanding during this time despite it being out of their control. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for all of your nursery furniture needs- this should be your first stop. Big showroom, super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
