Muhammed was a great instructor! He was very encouraging, nice and respectful person. He kept the course very interesting by engaging all of us within the class, asking questions and teaching us the right way to perform CPR. He made sure that we were learning the skills needed and helped us understand when, why and how to use CPR. He was a wonderful instructor and made sure we all understood all the concepts and made sure we knew how to do each technique before going to the next portion of the class. I would definitely recommend taking this course!

Today we had Scott train for basic life support and was the most incredible training ever. Our dental office trains every year but Scott was very different. He was very thorough and informative and made sure that every one in our group understood all the steps before moving forward. Watched us in detail to make sure we were doing it properly. John taught the course I took in Richmond Hill. He was very patient and professional. I renew my first aid every three years and I feel like I learned a lot of new material. The course really addressed diversity, such as skin colour and sign language and made note of a lot of changes to procedures due to covid which I found very helpful. I would highly recommend this course.

I recently completed a Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C Course with your organization in Markham. The course was fantastic, offering a very hands-on and practical learning experience. I want to express my appreciation for our instructor, Zane, who did an excellent job. He made the course engaging and ensured we could apply the skills in real-life situations. Amazing experience with a great instructor who is very knowledgeable, made the experience a great learning environment. Loved the hands on aspect of the course.
