My experience has been nothing like the other reviews! I was called back in a timely manner & my system was fixed (xplornet) within 2 days . The technician was extremely professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible. First they missed a scheduled appointment but didn't contact me until days later via text saying they'd come the next day. Again didn't show. No reply to my text asking for a new date. I've been calling the company and am only sent to voicemail. You should avoid this company and urge your internet provider to cease hiring them.

We were having problems with our tower. Service person came out promptly and said we would receive a quote. Never called back. I left messages 3 times including with the president. Nothing

I had their burial crew out to my house this past week and have nothing but good things to say about Aidan and Carson.It was 30 degrees and these guys worked their tails off and left my place looking better than it did before they showed up. They had a great attitude about the job and ensured the plan with me prior to their execution.Would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks again lads

Absolutely horrible service. Not even a courtesy call to say the tech couldn't make it until 2 hours after said appointment time and it was a text message. Then try to rwbook confirmed several times because they don't know how to look at a calendar to figure out what date is correct. Confirm not once but several times throughout the week for a second appointment and oh look at that, again a no show and no call. Unreliable, unprofessional, extremely poor customer service. Someone needs to teach proper management skills and customer service techniques.

I too wish I could give zero stars as they didn’t even follow-up on a work order after a week. No one answers their phones and when directed to contact someone specifically who deals with Xplornet issues, they too don’t answer or call back. The specific answering machine doesn’t even indicate who you’re calling or the business details- extremely unprofessional and poorly run division of Xplornet. Would 100% recommend a work order be directed to another company…wish the previous company we dealt with was still offering service!!

I wish I could give negative stars! Scheduled to come out here to fix bandwidth issues with Xplornet back in April 2022, never showed up. I called to find out why, and the response was 'technician couldn't drive all that way to you because his shift was ending soon' NO CALL, NO TEXT or EMAIL. They came the next day after I complained. Again bandwidth issues (less than 1mbps for 3 weeks and a congested tower to boot).Today, August 2022, again NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO TEXT or EMAIL. Called Xplornet to complain and find out what happened. Apparently, Horizon said my antenna was too dangerous so closed the ticket and decided not to tell anyone. The interesting this is, they actually never showed up to even make an assessment of the tower so how they deemed it unsafe is a mystery. The other outrageous thing is, my antenna is the same height as it was when they came in April, and all the other years they had to come and fix the signal. An official complaint has been sent to Xplornet being their contractor, and an internal investigation has been started. Not that I think anything will change with Hozion's business practice as they have Xplornet customers by the balls to service rural Eastern Ontario. I hope they lose this contract. I can't wait for Startlink and be done with this nonsense and unprofessional practices!

We had an installer come to our home Oct. 2021 the most ignorant, condescending, unprofessional I have ever dealt with.He started by putting a whole in our wall a foot up from the floor. Then when my husband asked him not to put it there, he snubbed him and said that's we're it is going. Now my husband had a heart attack so will not argue. But once I got back to the house I had to down right tell him that is not were we want it and he will move it. He did it but differently not willingly. He was rude the rest of the time he was there.
