Avoid the HK Style Rice Roll. So terrible!!!Full of bowl sauce had to throw it in the garbage. Wasted money.

false and misleading representation of the fried chicken steak meal, and not admitting the mistake but claiming their big chicken nuggets are called chicken steak. Someday they will get reported under violation of Competition Act. (Rating only for this location and on their responding staff , big guy with glasses)

I really enjoy their Hainan Chicken rice and waffle combo. Excellent food with good price.I would recommend ordering the food via their app for much better experience.

Mall open til 9pm. I think they close at 8pm ordered at 7:55 lady said no more combo today. Wanted fried chicken and bubble waffle drink and noodle for kids.I asked her no combo just for today or when? She kinda mumbled combo only mon-Wednesday? She sounded very suspicious. Like are you lying to my face? Where does it say on the sign when the combo is?Mean while everyone around me appears to be having the combo. Is it because I don’t speak the language or why ? Don’t know. This location consistently busy and very dismissive.If you know why it’s like this please let me know.I ordered the fried chicken it was delicious. Wanted to combo but was not allowed to get it. … like please take my money!

I wanted to give bubble waffle cafe one last chance, but I regret it. Like I mentioned in the Marine Dr review, I feel like they used to be better when they first opened all those years ago! I ordered the fish soup with rice noodles and I don’t mind the price being higher, but it just doesn’t taste good. It took forever (25+ minutes), noodles were over cooked, broth was flavourless, and for the price and wait I could’ve gone to a real restaurant on the other side of the mall. If you’re really craving bubble waffle, go ahead and visit - but otherwise I suggest another place within this massive food court.

You get what you paid for. Best option if you want something cheaper than most restaurants around the area. 10% off if you are ordering for pickup on the app! The combo meal comes with a free drink. Add $1.50 if you want to include bubble waffle.

This place serves Hong Kong style menu. This is my go to place for fish soup noodles. Quality is good and taste is good as well. Best of all the price is reasonable compare to other fish soup noodles restaurants. Their bubble waffle (雞蛋仔) is OK. There was a time the bubble waffles to be a bit greasy. Usually there is a line up during lunch time so it's best to go there earlier for lunch. Yummy....what is your favourite fish soup base? Mine is the parsley preserved egg fish soup base. Plenty of parking at Richmond Centre but you may need to walk a bit because nearby parking spaces fills up quickly.
