Excellent! Went there on a recommendation from somebody we met in Wolfville. Delicious food. Had tuna tartare and shelled scallop appetizer along with two different pastas as mains. Just awesome. Service was excellent, personable and welcoming. Will be my first choice on our next trip to Lunenburg.

Absolutely fantastic! Went there twice in a row! First night beet salad and Caesar salad. Yum! Next night , Caesar salad & scallops ! Man o man excellent! I’ll miss you. From North Carolina. Not sure when I’ll ever return… but worth the trip! Cheat service too. Thank you for your talent.

My husband and I had dinner at The Beach Pea last night and it was incredible! We started with raw scallops on the shell and the radicchio salad. Both were so good, we ended up ordering another scallop after our meal. Then we had the lobster tagliatelle and the scallop risotto, both were excellent. Wouldn’t be able to choose which was better honestly. For dessert we had the cheesecake with honey and blueberries and the affogato with mascarpone ice cream. Again, amazing. Service was great as well and the restaurant itself was very cozy and cute. Would love to visit again.

The Beach Pea Kitchen & Bar
Husband and I made a reservation at the Beach Pea for a date night because the menu looked amazing. The actual experience did not disappoint! It's on the pricier end compared to our usual night out, but it was some of the best food we've had. The scallops in particular were perfectly cooked: so soft and juicy. Everything was delicious, including the cocktails. Next time we'll save room for dessert!

We had the most delicious meal. Started with oysters & smoked salmon app, then I had the scallops and beans dish, my partner had the scallop & rabbit risotto dish. All of the dishes were sublime and we highly recommend them all. The restaurant was cozy and the staff were great!

Really nice little restaurant well situated with a little patio with a great view on the pier. Ask to be seated on the patio on the outside corner. Wear a jacket. The food was great! The drinks are ok, but not to the extent that I'll recommend anything. But the food is definitely worth the trip.

Wow the food here was just divine! We couldn’t get over how delicious everything was. The staff here are so nice and the restaurant has such a great atmosphere. Such a great dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant for good food and a nice vibe

THEE RESTAURANT TO GO TO IN LUNENBURG! Tasty & fresh food, handcrafted cocktails & and a beautiful space. Sitting at the bar makes it extra intimate and cozy. The staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The fresh scallops were so so good as were the oysters. Octopus was good, but a tad too salty, regardless, would go back in a heartbeat. Definitely worth the visit!

Loved our dinner here! We made a reservation following our sunset sail tour and it was a 2 minute walk from the waterfront. We both ordered the eggplant pasta dish, they had a gluten free option available and it was DELICIOUS — perfectly cooked pasta and elevated flavours! Their blackberry ginger soda was delicious as well! Highly recommend.
