Was told my sole would be replaced with something similar but it was a completely different color and sole type. Looks very silly sadly

**DO NOT BRING YOUR ITEMS HERE, the customer service is lacking they will rip you off**I had the worst experience at this establishment. I brought 2 duffle bags for zipper repairs and a leather strap for a hat that needed repairing. The older gentlemen there told me it would be ready in a week and when I went back after the scheduled date, nothing had been done. No apologies but rather nonchalant about it. Eventually came back for the items and two out of the 3 were repaired. One of the different bags that I needed for vacation was not repaired and I ended having to use something else. When I called him he told me to bring the bag back and he would fix it no charge.I eventually brought the bag back for him to correct the issue and he then tells me he is going to charge me an extra $35.00. When I refused and asked my for my money back he told me no. So essentially I was charged for the original “repair” for something that did not need repairing. I am now out money and still a broken zipper.

I have used this service 3X now and every time the work has been exceptional. The owner is an excellent craftsman and I was surprised to read the negative review. He is a basic no frills businessman and also very busy and does not chat per se, which may have been misconstrued for rudeness.

I left this fella my favourite pair of cowboy boots to have the soles and heals done. This man is a true craftsman, my boots were returned to me better than how the original soles were done. Materials used and attention to detail- second to none. Thank you.
