I can always rely on Kelsey setting me straight! I have been dealing with chronic neck and shoulder pain for many years and since working with Kelsey I have a much better handle on it. Her touch is gentle but the results are very impactful! Highly recommend!

I’ve been seen Mark for a while now and he has been absolutely amazing! Mark almost immediately made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease, which is not typical for me as I'm quite nervous around new people. I have really bad chronic headaches and pain from scoliosis, and Mark has been the best at pinpointing how best to help me. After a couple of sessions with him I immediately felt the positive impact of the treatment. He also takes the time to tell you what is going on and makes sure you’re good and comfortable throughout the appointment. I always feel really great after seeing him. Recently I tweaked a muscle by my ribs and was in quite a bit of pain, I was able to book an appointment with Kelsey and she was great, the treatment was very gentle and the next day I woke up with barely any pain, the day following that my pain was completely gone and I felt good as new. I’ve been receiving treatment from Mark for the last couple of months, this is also my first time receiving osteopathic services and I have noticed a significant improvement in my usual daily aches and pains. I’ve received both massage therapy and chiropractic care and neither provided the amount of pain relief and continued comfort. Great individual approach and professionalism. I've referred to try osteopathy treatment by my doctor couple of years ago. I've been seeing Veronica and when she was gone for maternity leave I've been seeing Kelsey. I can say only good things about the Osteo team and their professional approach. I had a chronic migraines every month for years but since I started the osteo treatment my migraines significantly declined and now they don't show us as often or powerful anymore. I'll always say that osteopathy treatment is much better and much more relaxing than going for massage. It's incredible how my body is relaxed and in its natural position every single time!

Never having tried osteo, I booked with Kelsey a few months ago and am so happy I did. Not only is she calm and reassuring, I am feeling much less pain than I had before beginning treatments. After my first treatment I must admit I was a little leery as it just seemed too gentle but already the next morning I was convinced! Not that I felt much different yet but though I usually have a very poor sleep, getting 4-5 hours a night, that night I slept 13 hours straight! She patiently answers questions and treats her patience with respect. I will definitely continue seeing her!

I have been receiving osteopathy treatments for several years now from Osteo Naturel. I have had several semi-serious injuries from lifting weights in the last 10 years and a fall on my tailbone 25 years ago. I can tell you that I have made the most progress while being treated first by Veronique before her maternity leave and now Mark. My teen son, who plays a lot of sports, is also a patient at the clinic. Mark is very personable, pleasant, and friendly - we have lots of laughs during our treatments.
