Spent 3 nights here at the end of May.This is not a real Hotel...it's time share condos that are also rented out like hotel rooms.The room I had was spotless, roomy, and comfortable.The kitchenette was well supplied with plates, cutlery, and cooking gear, with a full sized fridge and a dishwasher.There was a large drip coffee machine.The King sized bed was really comfortable...and the rooms were dead quiet at night.It's a 5 minute drive from town...so a good idea to stock your fridge.

Beautiful peaceful location with friendly staff and clean rooms. We had a one bedroom which had everything we needed. Full kitchen, king bedroom and nice den/sitting area. Big screen TV’s which you care nothing about considering the beautiful scenery you’re in the midst of. There are nice gas grills to use and a beautiful picnic area. Shop in town at the Safeway or Rustica Deli (best sandwiches ever!). Only vending machines on site. Hiking trails all around. We were greeted with 4 elk and a deer within 1 hour of arrival! Would come here again for sure.

Careful when booking here via AirBnb. As previous comments indicate it consists of time share condos which are also rented out via AirBnb. Our 3 month in advance booking over the long Canada day weekend got cancelled 5 days prior to the trip by the host. The official reasons were major problems with the booking system which supposedly self deletes bookings from time share contractors". We were told the problems are well known but never fixed. Maybe we just got cheated upon and they wanted to rent out for a higher price on a short notice. Very disappointing."

Very nice but somewhat small accommodation. Clean quiet and great location with nice views. Stove top...no oven...microwave...bbq's fridge and dishwasher all in good shape. Quiet location outside of downtown. The front desk staff were very good. Claire was super helpful. Pool open all year round. Would for sure stay again.

We really enjoy our time when we stay at this resort. Of course the location is beautiful tucked in the mountains. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is a must for our family, and everything has always been great. Canmore is such a beautiful town and you can find everything that you would possibly need for a relaxing and fun stay.

This hotel was awesome. My partner and I stayed for 2 nights. Our room over looked the pool. We had a studio room which was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.Heated under ground parking was nice too.The pool and hot tub was nice. Sometime busy but nice.I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again.

A little bit away from town although the Roam Transit bus #5 shuttle is a great way to connect to downtown. Just 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. And it is free.The front desk staff were nice and courteous. Also let us borrow bear sprays and bike locks for free and told us about bus routes etc.My biggest complaint was the checkout time. For a place that was charging $300 a night! (Booked through AirBnB....which was not really compatible with their system), you would expect better. Checkout time was changed from 12 noon to 10 a.m (citing earlier COVID protocols although no one was wearing masks...simply a way to get rid of guests early). Check in is still at 4. So even if you stayed indoors, you would be paying $300 (or more) for just 18 hrs. Doesn't include anything other than the accommodation. For that price, most places include breakfast.Rooms did not have free wifi. You had to pay for it. This is completely unheard of in today's day and age. That wasn't cool at all!The indoor pool smelled heavily of chlorine, so much so that our eyes kept burning even the next morning. Research tells me that lots of chlorine in the pool means lots of pee. Just chlorine mixed in water does not smell. I exited the pool ASAP!Elevators were very far removed from the room so had to drag the luggage for a while. For a building of this size I would have assumed more elevators.No electric kettle in the room. The stovetop kettle took a while to boil. The good thing though is that the room had a well-equipped kitchen. So some light cooking could be done, which was especially important since there were no restaurants at walking distance. Downtown was atleast 36 minutes by foot.We were told of the free BBQs by the lobby area but didn't get a chance to use them.Overall 2/5.

Rooms are clean and service is good. We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of amenities and front desk staff were very helpful.Plenty of hiking trails nearby. Spotted deer, elk right next our window.Not close to Canmore downtown. It's a 10 min drive to downtown.Tons of options available at Canmore. No restaurant or food available at the stay since this is a timeshare.

Our one room suite was clean and well equipped, even the knives were sharp (my usual pet peeve at resorts). The shining part of this facility has to be the staff. Outstanding service with a smile. Made my day just checking in. The location is away from downtown and the highway which means lots of quiet and lots of walking trails.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and great location. Best of all, the staff is exceptional, from restaurant to cleaning staff to the front desk. Claire in particular made seeking a third night in the same room easy, a task I'm sure was not a simple one in a timeshare. Highly recommend staying here.
