This Life Lab location need some efficiency training in organizing customers/patients. I waited for an hour to get a 30 second blood test. This was not a COVID19 friendly experience. Hope things get better.

I went in for a barrage of tests and found out I'm not actually a robot!! And the cup was too warm when I peed into it... All joking aside, the service was great and the people here are very nice.

i went for blood test today and there is a indian technician very careless , she did not care how you feel just insert the needles in your arm very quick and even those I told her it is very painful she even push harder, I never been that painful in my life while perform a blood test. very unprofessional.

Have appt and waiting 30 min. Waiting room is packed. No adequate social distancing. So I am outside still waiting. Wont return to this location!

Unfortunately, Ladner and Tsawwassen are both under staffed making for long wait times. There is only 1 Life Labs serving all of Tsawwassen, you should consider opening a second location. The staff are always friendly and do their best considering the staff shortage.

After waiting on hold for 39 minutes to book an appointment that I could not book on-line as it's a time sensitive test. I found out that all 5 locations within 30 minutes of where I live do not accept my sample I had to book my appointment in North Vancouver over an hour commute from my home, the only site that handles on site deposits, I tried to book my appointment Feb.27 and the first available appointment is June 29th. This whole process is a joke. The customer service is brutal and the fact that the 5 locations nearest me don't accept the samples makes no sense! Life labs is a joke.

Not worth your time booking an appointment as you won't be taken in anywhere near that time. Plan for at least an extra 30 - 40 minutes past your appointment time before you will be seen. It was faster going to a different lab as a walk in than it was to wait there. Ridiculous!
