Floor and Decor Mississauga Wholesale Tile Flooring

I tried to put this off as long as possible but frankly,The customer service is horrible at best.If I could post in the negative zone I would.Just to add perspective to things, I have been a contractor for almost 40 years.I placed an order for doors and other items with this company. 33 doors to be exact.When they came we started installing about a couple of weeks after. I had to stop my lead carpenter after he showed me the results of theses doors. I have attached a couple of pictures.First off the meters do not match up and in some cases there is a gap of at least ⅛ between the miter. I suppose they figured I could fix it with putty or something.Secondly: some of the hinges were installed at different heights. Up to ⅜" difference.Thirdly the screws were already stripped in the hinge resulting in the door never closing properly.Forth but by far the worst is...if you know doors you know that there is a back and a front to a door and the edges are beveled 2 degrees to prevent the door from binding on the hinged side and hitting on the lock side. You need to put the hinge on the front of the door. 26 out of the 33 doors were all hinged on the back of the door

I had many issues finding the right people to do the renovation in my home. Thankfully, I passed by the MODENO (floor and decor) store and I was very happy with the customer service, the collection that they have, and the service that they provide. So I decided to go with floor and decor to buy all the materials and to do the renovation by replacing all the tiles and hardwood, baseboard along with repainting a very long hardwood stair. The work they have done is amazing and not just that, they are very professional and the job is completed on time. Based on my experience with floor and decor, they are very professional with a great team and the price is very reasonable, so I would strongly suggest them to anyone who needs to do any work.

I was in the market for a new bathroom vanity and went with this store based on the good reviews and pricing. What a huge mistake! Originally, they told me there was a 5-7 day turnover time.When I finally received my vanity a month later, it was damaged and filthy (photos were taken after I cleaned it). The store refused to give me a refund so I was forced to accept a replacement which also came damaged. I was given delivery dates where they never showed up or gave me notice that they weren't able to come.After much back and forth of complaining and trying to find a solution, I finally received an acceptable vanity 6 weeks after my initial visit but I will never get back the time wasted from my life.Terrible communication, poor craftsmanship and awful experience. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

Beautiful job done renovating my bathrooms, at a price well below three other quotes that I received. Good attention to detail and no fuss making modifications to pre-agreed designs. I would definitely recommend Floor and Decor and will be using them again.
