No Customer service and responsibility on what they sell.Since last year We have bought several products from this company. prices are as expected and good. But their customer service is very week, almost zero. When they sell their products, they promise to deliver as your request. Last year we end up paying $150 more to have what they sold to us.2 weeks ago we have purchased a pair of flower baskets, picked the color and paid extra for our chosen color. When we were there to pick them up, Surprised to find that they are in 2 different colors, while I informed the owner, not only he was not helping us to get what they sold us, he was very rude and told us to refund our money.We decided to get our business to the people who can provide what they sell and have a better customer service.I will not recommend them for business the way they are running.

Just bought an urn, planters and a few other things. Great prices, fantastic selection of products and exceptional customer service. Daniel was super kind and helpful with all our questions.

After looking everywhere for a birdbath, and only finding cheap resin copies in stock elsewhere, I came across Tarcova. Wow!! Not only a great in-stock selection, but great pricing and quality. Have not had it in the garden for a week and the birds are finding it and loving it. And want to go back now to look at planters, garden ornaments, etc. - Just a great selection. Thank you Tarcova!
