I was here on Thursday for my mom to get her birthdag gift freebie. I was able to get mine as well. All of the employees are so welcoming and friendly especially the cashier who helped me and mom! I wasn't able to catch her name but I came here around 5-6pm, she had a brown long wavy/curly hair. She was so sweet and chill! Definitely will be coming here more often :)

Not the best location. Plenty of staff wandering around but it’s rare that they offer any assistance. Product selection is severely limited, you’re better off looking online

Love this store. Staff is always available and helpful. The only downfall is that displays are never cleaned or sanitized, and sample displays are a mess or do not have any.

Try to avoid this location unless you’re in a rush. I placed an order online and went in store to pick up. I asked one of the staff where can I pick up my order. She told me to go lineup at the cashier. When it was finally my turn, the cashier told me to go to the pick up area. And when I asked the employee who was on his phone and ignored me when I asked him the first time that who do I show the barcode to? He said I have to show it to the cashier, which is weird since he has the machine right in front of him. So I told him the cashier lady told me to pick up here. And he said “oh I don’t know then” and went back texting on his phone.1 hour wasted cuz this location failed to provide proper training of how pickup system works and basic manners to treat their customers. I ended up cancelling the order and pick it up at square one within 10mins.

I had a great experience here yesterday. I was lucky enough to meet Emily who was not only friendly and helpful, but knowledgeable as well. She had some great product suggestions for my skin and trouble areas. Thx Emily, I love all t products u suggested!

I went to the Sephora in Oakville mall today to find a foundation. They did not have my shade match in store so I ordered it online through a Sephora worker at cash. When reviewing my order an hour later, I noticed that the cashier ordered the wrong shade. I happened to still be in the mall so I went back to ask them to cancel and re-order the correct shade. I explained my situation to the cashier who advised that I would have to try cancelling the order using their Sephora app but there was no option available to do this. Instead of offering to resolve their error, I was told to call Sephora customer service line myself and cancel the order. Customer service said they could not cancel the order because it was already in process. I would have to return the item once it arrived, even though I told them that it was their staff’s error.I will not be returning to this store even though it's closer to my house and will go to the Bay and Bloor location as I've experienced great customer service with them.Please train your staff to be careful when ordering an item online and better support customers to resolve their issues. Terrible customer service and does not look good on this company.

I usually like going to Sephora but these people were rude and it was uncomfortable going into the store. No one greeted me and I did not feel welcome there. I tried to get help when I saw a worker I tried to get assistance but they told me rudely that they are with someone else and they will find someone else to help me, but they did not. I did not even notice the other person they were helping because they were behind me! I would not be upset that they are busy if they said it politely and actually got someone else to help but they were very rude.
