Needed a screen replaced, took it to Roger's Amherst and Chris handled everything from there. Turn around time was fantastic, he did all the transfering of data for me, was super patient and very friendly. Knows his stuff. The young lady is very helpful and friendly as well. Had a trainee in today when I picked it up, I didn't get his name, but also super and seems to know his way around phones as well. Great team, I walked away very satisfied. There is one thing I don't understand, is why repair did a factory reset on a glass repair. I don't know anything about phones though, so...

Terrible. No customer service effort whatsoever. Three young men standing around doing Not a Thing. Very rude. Refused to take my Rogers equipment when that is where they had told me to return it. Refused to call Rogers and report my equipment return. Threatened to throw the Rogers equipment in the garbage if I left it there. I left it anyway. Rogers online support apologized for poor treatment at the Amherst location.
