Robson Racing is a class act organization. Their team is very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure the job was done right. I ordered winter tires and rims for my new SUV. Not only was the price right but more importantly the level of customer service was second to none. I would have no reservations recommending Rob and his team to anyone.

Excellent service, my car has been running very well since I’ve fixed it!I didn’t have to go back since all the adjustments/repairs, they were done right the first time. Unlike other places I’ve been in the past, I had to repeatedly going back to re-fix the problems.Very satisfied :)

They were able to diagnose a problem with my car (a creaking noise) that nobody else could find. It was a relief to know that it wasn't a critical problem, like others predicted. The peace of mind was priceless! Will be back for future maintenance and upgrades. As for the previous comment, I have been back several times and haven't found that to be the case at all. Good thing I didn't read the anonymous review before giving them a try. 100% satisfied customer :)

Car on Fire, Shady Tow Truck Company, but Robson Racing Had My Back. I’ve been a customer for 5 years now and have come trust that the folks at Robson Racing always have my best interest at heart. Last week I had a part malfunction in my car that caused a fire while I was driving. I little shaken up from the situation I called the owner Rob for advice on a reputable tow truck company, and if I could have my car towed to his garage. Unfortunately for me, his recommended company was unavailable so I accepted one that just showed up at the scene and negotiated $200 cash for the tow from down town to Robson Racing. Rob showed up in person at the scene 15 minutes later to give me a ride and give the tow truck company directions to his garage. Once at his garage he even went to pay the tow truck company on my behalf since I did not have the cash on me. The tow truck company then demanded $1,000. He argued with them that we had a verbal contract, and that $1,000 was ridiculous, but the tow truck company said they would get that amount of money from the insurance company. The tow truck company then took off with my car, breaking out verbal contract. Rob explained that this kind of shady practice costs us all, as it brings up our insurance premiums when unneeded costs are added to a claim. Rob was then kind enough to drive me home and that night started a Facebook campaign to warn other in Ottawa of this shady practice. The tow truck company owners and their friends even put false reviews here on Google to try and spin a story in their favor. A few days later Rob offered to drive me around to check out new vehicles and if I chose a used vehicle they would do a comprehensive Safety to ensure I was protected. Over the years, I have come to appreciate Robson Racing’s high-quality service, but this time they went way above and beyond just high-quality service, I was treated like family. I am definitely a customer for life.

Fantastic mechanic! They were able to get my car in super quick to fix an issue that caused the car to be unsafe to drive. In and out in a day, were upfront with pricing and labour and great customer service from Kumar! Thank you!

My first exposure to Robson Racing was in the mid-1990s when they were located on Bank St after my mom saw Rob’s Surburban and wanted to do hers up a lot. It resulted in a lift, new gigantic tires, and a PA/siren.Fast forward to 2006, I showed up with a brand new AWD Dodge Magnum RT and my father’s credit card looking to have a little work done. A high flow intake, ‘custom’ headers, and manga flow exhaust later the beast was ready. Over the years we’ve added some lidacris summer rims, a couple sets of Nokien tires, and fair bit of paint maintenance and restoration.Robson can take some time as Kumar is only one man, but I feel their work is of extremely high quality. Rob and Tim are honest and trustworthy and always give it to me straight. They are performance oriented, whether that is high power or reliability they’ll be able to help you out. That said, Robson isn’t a discount garage.Going in to Robson is something I always look forward to. Tim and Rob always make you feel welcome andI’ve had a couple instances of bill shock, but I always knew it was coming. Besides, when I press down on the accelerator those feeling roar away.I live in the other side of the planet now, but am having them fix my 1989 Honda ZB 50 for my return in summer 2018.I highly recommend Robson Racing.

They know cars. I received valuable advice on preventive maintenance to extend the life of my 2002 Honda. They probably saved me from a $4,000 transmission rebuild. Their work is always done right the first time. I appreciate their using hand tools when removing and installing my alloys. Just shows they care for my car as if it were their own. They have earned my loyalty.
