We arrived at the store 10 min before closing time, and offered to stop by another day to look for a sofa but Sharda took the time to show us the models we were interested in without making us feel rushed or pressured. We decided on a model that wasn’t in stock and had to be custom built. Because I work out of town for weeks at a time we had a narrow delivery window, but Sharda made sure the manufacturer was able to meet that delivery window. The new sofa looks great in our new place and we are very happy with it. The entire purchase process was excellent, including the after sales service. I would therefore highly recommend MJM Furniture

The store has good variety and reasonable prices. Our sales representative, Paul did an excellent job in helping us find the best furniture as per our needs. He even gave us a nice discount since we purchased many items. Highly recommended for condo living.

We had previously bought a sofa from MJM (5years ago) with Tina's help and still love it. The quality was great! We love ours so much, my best friend also came to buy a sofa with Tina. Having the freedom to pick the style, material, color and fit is awesome.We came to buy new bedroom furniture with Tina and as always she is great! You tell her your space/lifestyle and she makes great suggestions. We are super excited for our new furniture to arrive!It's also great that their custom made things are all locally made!

Sharda was very helpful and we never felt pressured. Very accommodating staff and speedy timeline for delivery. Will update the review once we get a feel for the quality of the couch once it arrives. Great experience, will continue to shop here.Update upon delivery:The couch was built with the fabric we picked out and delivered within the time frame that was promised (10 - 12 business days). The delivery crew quickly loaded the couch into the elevator, assembled it in the living room and had the packaging disposed of in about 15 minutes. The couch itself came in excellent condition and we're very happy with the quality of the fabric and overall craftsmanship. We decided on medium firmness and are very happy with how comfortable everything turned out.We did originally choose a different fabric for the throw pillows that were included but it arrived with ones that had the same fabric as the couch. This didn't really bother me since we were on the fence about getting matching pillows anyways. We have two small dogs and decided to go with the warranty that was offered after initially declining it. We talked to a friend that purchased it before that said it came in handy for her when her dog ripped a spot open in the couch. We went ahead and purchased the warranty while the couch was being built.Overall very impressed with everything from the purchase to the delivery, assembly and quality of the couch. I'll post again a year from now with an update on the condition and if we had to use the warranty for any service.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing our new couches. Sharda was very kind and helpful and we loved her! We love the couches too, they were built exactly like the demo!

Big showroom with lots of good options in all different styles. The salesperson was friendly, helpful and not overbearing at all (a former Sears veteran). We got a great deal on a sectional sofa with a really good 5-year warranty.

The sales people we dealt with including Paul, Jean and 2 other managers were great and extremely helpful when the couch we ordered did not fit in our apartment lobby. however we had our couch delivered with a missing cushion, and it took 3 delivery dates for them to bring the part.
