Love this location, the clerks are quick, very friendly and professional. Also love that this location is rarely ever busy and if it is it goes by very quickly!

They refuse to do anything. Been there for two different things (Ontario ID and OHIP card) and they just flat out refuse to do anything. They claim they're privately owned and can't do it, instead go to a full service" branch. Went to Newmarket branch and they had no problem doing it. Why are they even operating?"

Went there earlier today to renew my healthcard. The first woman we went to said a print-out from the bank of my most recent statement would work as a form of proof of address. Second woman we went to said we needed a report card for proof of address and that the bank statement wouldn’t work.Go to the one in Barrie. Bradford has terrible service. Will never be returning there.

Worse experience at service ontario ever. The teller BESIDE us, not the one we were dealing with decided to join in our conversation. The attitude on this woman was unreal. If we are not your customer there is NO reason to get involved in our conversation. Even just looking at her you can tell this woman is miserable.

God forbid you have any pertinent questions these people should know about plate renewals and why I couldn't do it online. oh sorry sir thats none of my business "So why is it posted all over your con shop then? Renew online.Ya your business is to take money and play dumb.Great business decision corporate Ontario. To privatize the public sector. Great money maker. Let other scum bags make money and charge us more."

Everyone has bad days but they have them everytime I go in there. Such a negative, atmosphere the second you enter. They gave me the run around again so I left there and went straight to Barrie Service Ontario on Yonge St. They had lots of staff, everyone was pleasant and had a smile, very helpful, well run. So refreshing.They completed the job Bradford brushed off this visit and two visits before, coming up with a different reason each time to send me walking.
