Dr Teo is fantastic! I’ve been a patient for years and travel far to keep seeing her. You can end up waiting a bit for later appointments but that’s only because she is such an attentive doctor. She listens carefully and explains every concern clearly. Thank you to her and the whole team for years of great service!

I am Dr Bacher’s patient for over 7 years. She is incredible. Very prompt in scheduling appointments, very dedicated with the follow ups and super caring. I truly appreciate her practice.

Dr. Look Kin has been very kind and I loved having her as my doctor. I received really through care after giving birth. I appreciate how the doctors will cover for each other's appointments when she is away. Phone and online consultations have been hugely convenient, especially when I had quick questions about my new baby.Nurse practitioners are great too, took the time to discuss any vaccines being administrated and aftercare too. My toddler isn't scared of needles now - the nurses sing and laugh with her at each of her appointments.Location is super convenient for public transit, but rather annoying if driving. Booking system could improve if it could be moved online, but I've always received a same day call back if I left a voicemail.

Wait time is months for a simple 15 minute appointment via phone. If your doctor is unavailable they will not allow you to see another physician at the clinic except by emergency appointment. How is this a Family Practice Clinic. Agreements on billing between physicians that only want to see their own patients adversely affect patients.
