This is my business. I mostly do small jobs such as dining room chairs patio furniture and custom window cushions etc.

Robert is very through with his approach to ensuring we were happy with the final result. In fact we are delighted with how bar stools have been recovered!

I had a leather La-Z-Boy recliner that the back and head rest had cracked. Contacted two different upholstery shops in Vernon, and both suggested Fiber new in Kelowna. Contacted them in Dec/21, set pictures, & they quoted. Said they would be in Vernon & could pick up the first week of February. Called Feb 21st & they said they had not been to Vernon. Said they would call on Feb 25th to arrange pick up. No calls!Took to Robert @ Vernon Upholstery @ 10:00 a.m. Friday 25th. He called @ 3:00 p.m. to say he had squeezed it in and it was ready for pick up @ less then quoted, and half of the Fiber new Quote.Great job & service Robert. Thank you.(should be more then 5 stars)
