Almost got hit by them and they didn’t care, kept doing the same thing merging onto other lanes.Positive reviews are most likely fake reviews. Look at their one star reviews - all pointing towards reckless drivers damaging their cars.

On a black ice evening I was stranded merging onto the 403 from Eglinton due to VTC failure in my Honda Civic. Samir came to my rescue and towed the car to my dealership in Burlington. Unfortunately the parking conditions caused for the tow truck to get into a fender bender with my car. Samir promised he would take care of it for me. After the dealership fixed the electrical problem it had, Samir picked up, had the fender fixed AND had the car detailed sparkling clean!!! Samir not only saved my life by towing me from a danger zone he also went above and beyond correcting the problem caused by poor weather conditions! Chose this service because they looked trusting. Never again will I ever use them or recommend them. I can believe this “company” allows their drives to be like this. Reckless, dangerous, careless it goes on. Let alone the excuse for the drivers recklessness “the steering is messed up” what a joke. He was on his phone and eating ether one at a time or both not even holding the wheel or looking at the road! Missed countless exits. Swerving almost hitting other people. I chose then because I felt like they were safe and I would feel comfortable. Neither STAY AWAY. Was driving off the road at times too! PATHETIC let alone he seem intoxicated. Fumbling his words and stumbling.
